On November 18th, MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board, in collaboration with MassHire Franklin Hampshire, hosted the Pioneer Valley Advanced Manufacturing Summit: Solutions in Action—Strategies, Funding, and Talent for a Stronger Workforce at the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center in Holyoke.
The summit brought together manufacturers, training providers, educators, funders, and workforce partners from across the region to explore innovative solutions to workforce challenges, discover funding opportunities, and strengthen regional training pipelines. Attendees participated in meaningful discussions, networking, and panel sessions designed to help the manufacturing sector build stronger, more resilient workforce. The event provided valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance workforce strategies, connect with peers, and leverage new funding streams.
