MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board Awarded $217,500 to Expand Apprenticeships

The Healey-Driscoll Administration announced $2.1 million in statewide funding to expand apprenticeship opportunities across multiple industries — including health care, manufacturing, clean energy, and life sciences. The funding will support the creation of more than 300 apprentices and pre-apprentices across the Commonwealth.

The MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board was awarded $217,500 to train and place 30 registered apprentices in health care, manufacturing, and behavioral health.
